We always love hearing from artists that use our music in their projects. Martin Sivak is a talented Motion Graphic / After Effects artist who has utilized BrownHouseMedia’s music in his VideoHive After Effects projects. Here is a bit more about Martin:
1. Tell us a bit about yourself. Where are you from? What do you do for a living?
My name is Martin Sivak and I’m a 3d designer and motion designer from Slovakia.
How did you get started? Have you had any formal training?
I have no formal training. I started working with Photoshop and Corel. But, I found out that static graphics are not enough for me. I just wanted to makes things, objects come alive. So, I started working with 3d software and After Effects. This part of design is my life. I’m a freelancer and I cooperate with creative companies on smaller and bigger projects.
Describe your creative process. What steps do you normally follow to create your files?
There are a lot of great designers and don’t think otherwise. You need to be unique. These thoughts will move you higher and higher up in success.
What are your three favorite files, and why do you like them?
No 1. Sparkles rain logo
I think it’s very effective and a useful project for VIP events. And, I like this glamour style.
No 2. Molecule reveal logo
Its very simple but my most purchased project.
No 3: Cooking intro opener
It is one of my first projects. I spent a long time on it but it’s not one of the best purchased projects. Now, I know sometimes simple projects are better than “hard work” projects.
What do you do in your spare time?
I like spending my free time with my girlfriend. She gives me a lot of inspiration.
